Looking to connect a 3rd party tool or build a custom integration with Neos? The resources below are for firms and developers building their own custom integration to submit a request or explore our API documentation.
Custom Integration Request
NOTE: Assembly can assist with questions about available API endpoints and expected Neos behavior. However, we do not provide development or consulting services for custom API integrations.
The design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the integration must be handled by your internal development team or a third-party developer.

Have the following on hand:
Contact name, email, and phone number for the person submitting the request
Your company name, and if you're submitting on behalf of a firm already using Neos, that firm's name
The name of your Assembly Software contact, if you've already been in touch with someone here
The integration and application name
Type of integration request; see below.

If you're requesting API access to develop a new custom integration or an update/enhancement to a custom integration, you'll also need:
The category the integration falls under (e.g., Accounting, Document Management, E-Sign, Payment Processing, Texting, and others)
A description of the integration's intended functionality with Neos
The expected data flow — what data would be exchanged, and in which direction (to/from Neos)
The expected frequency of calls or executions (e.g., per hour or day)
Agreement to the API Agreement
The more detail you provide, the faster we can review and move your request through development. If you're not sure how to answer any of the technical questions, check with your technical resource or integration partner before submitting.

If you or your integration partner are seeking to enable a custom integration that already exists, use the Integration Request Form and select "Enable Existing" as the type of request. This form is required to get your integration reviewed and, where applicable, granted API access.
Explore the API Developer Portal
Building your own integration? The Neos Partner API Developer Portal is where developers get started, explore available endpoints, and troubleshoot issues on their own.
Once you create a developer account (separate from your Neos login), you'll have access to:
APIs – A full catalog of Neos endpoints, organized by object
Products – Bundles of related APIs; subscribing to a product gives you the access keys needed to use them
Documentation – Step-by-step guides covering authentication, best practices, and common workflows, plus an FAQ
Support – A direct way to contact the Neos Integrations team if you get stuck
Most developer questions can be answered directly in the portal, which helps you move faster and cuts down on back-and-forth with our team.
