This article describes the Intake activity on User Tabs 1-10 tabs.
NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to My Intakes and/or Others' Intakes (to view Intakes) and Case > User Defined 1-10 tabs (to access tab activity). The related User 1-10 Tab must be active in the Case Type to show the User Tab as an Activity Type.
When User Defined tabs have been added to the Intake Layout Manager for a Case Type and data has been updated, all changes to those fields on the Intake will display in the Activity Feed.
Additional information can be accessed from the Grid view.
Depending upon the type of UD tab, different options will display on the Activity Feed. User Defined List/Entry Tabs 1-5 will display View and Edit buttons while User Defined Entry Tabs 6-10 will only display the Edit button.
Click the View button (UD Tabs 1-5) to display a preview pane.
From the preview pane, click the arrow icon or the Edit button on the Activity Feed (UD Tabs 1-10) to display Intake Tab of the Intake.
