Viewing Case Documents in SharePoint

This article describes the process for viewing documents within a Case Folder.

Neos documents are stored in your firm’s Microsoft 365 SharePoint Site (e.g., CloudDocs). Members of your organization who utilize Neos should have access to the Site.

NOTE: Microsoft 365 Global Admins and Site Owners should proactively add new staff to the firm’s SharePoint Site.

Anyone who is not listed as a member will receive a Request Access message when trying to open a file in SharePoint. The user must click Request Access and await approval by the SharePoint Site Owner (only the first time when trying to open the document without permission).
