The Paragraph option allows text, such as instructions or additional labels to be added to any section in the Intake Layout Design screen.

NOTE: Paragraph text does transfer when an Intake is made into a Case.

In the left pane of the Intake Layout Manager, select the Paragraph button. A New Paragraph window will display with "Untitled Paragraph" as the default paragraph title. You may keep or rename the standard paragraph title. A maximum of 2,000 characters is allowed.

Click the Save button to insert the new paragraph in the Intake Layout Design screen.

The new paragraph will be added to the bottom of the selected section in a new row on the Intake Layout Design screen.

NOTE: Paragraph titles can be modified after created by clicking the pencil icon

in the Intake Layout Design screen. The title will enter edit mode where changes can be made. Select another field to save and exit edit mode.

The four arrows icon

will display showing that the paragraph can be repositioned. Refer to Customizing Intake Layout Design for more details.

Click the Save button to retain your changes.

To delete paragraph text from a section in the Intake Layout Design screen, hover over the Paragraph and click the red X. On the Delete Field? warning message, click the Yes button to confirm your selection.

Click the Save button to retain your changes.
