The custom tile will be inserted on the dashboard and display an Edit tile window to further customize for your specific needs. Use the following fields to tailor the custom tile. Unique to the Edit custom tile window are Refresh rate, Add to the library, and Filters selected on the Custom tile window.
Title – The custom tile you entered when creating the tile will display but can be edited.
Description – The description you entered when creating the tile will display but can be edited.
Refresh rate – Select how often the tile should refresh. Custom tiles are set to "Never" as the default. Choose between 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 20 minutes.
Selected Filters –Standard, user defined, and case date fields selected on the Custom tile window will display, where you can enter data to locate specific information using those filters. Date filters now offer a dynamic date range to always show the most recent data. Click the Start date or End date button and select the desired date range on the calendar popup. Click OK to confirm your selection.
Add to the library – Select the option to add the custom tile to the Tile Library.
Click the Reset button to revert the fields to the default custom tile setting (the Description field will be blanked out). Click the Save button to save your tile changes.
