This article describes the Intake activity of fields on the Case Calendar Tab.
NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to: My Intakes and/or Others' Intakes (to view Intakes) and Case > Case Calendar Tab (to access the Intake Case Calendar Tab). To access the Edit button, you must also have Modify permissions.
The Activity Feed keeps a full record of Calendar events linked to an Intake. The Timeline view shows a condensed listing of changes.
Additional information can be accessed from the Grid view.
Select an activity to display full details of the action.
Click the View/Edit button to display the Event Details window.
