All saved tags, whether custom or standard, can be modified and previewed to ensure the tag outputs the desired case information. Custom tags created by your firm are fully adjustable. Standard or default tags from Neos only allow Active, Tag Categories, and Data Sources fields to be modified.
NOTE: Your firm must have NeosAI Platinum. Staff must have enabled Special Permissions for NeosAI and AI: Manage Prompts & Tags.
Modify Custom AI Tags
These are custom tags that your firm has created. Custom tags can be modified and deleted. When changes have been made, the preview can be regenerated.
Click the pencil icon next to a custom AI Tag to open the Edit AI Tag window.
Notice that all fields can be altered. Refer to Create AI Tags for a full description of fields.
Click the Test Tag tab to configure the preview output by choosing a Case and AI options.
Select the Generate Tag Preview text to see an example of how the current tag could be generated before any changes are made.
Review the generated preview. Make any necessary field changes and then click Regenerate Preview to review an example of how your changes could affect the tag output when generating documents.
NOTE: Any modifications you make on the Edit Tag tab will be retained when switching tabs within the Edit AI Tag window. Refer to Create AI Tags for a full description of these fields.
When satisfied with the preview example, click Save to keep your AI Tag changes.
Modify & Preview Standard AI Tags
These are default tags that Neos has provided. Standard tags cannot be deleted but some fields can be modified. When changes have been made to the available fields, the preview can be regenerated.
To modify a standard AI Tag:

Notice that the Tag Name, Tag ID, Additional Instructions, and AI Prompt fields are automatically filled in and cannot be changed. Active, Tag Categories, and Data Sources fields can be altered. Refer to Create AI Tags for a full description of these fields.

Remember, the preview is simply an example of how AI data using this standard tag could look when generating documents with NeosAI. Neos does not save this preview or the field data from the Test Tag tab. Only tag details from the Edit Tag tab will be retained when the Save button is clicked.
When satisfied with the preview example, click Save to keep your AI Tag changes.
