This article describes the User Tabs 1-10 activity within a Case.
NOTE: You must have Enabled permissions for the corresponding Case >User Defined Tab to filter and view activities. To access the Edit button, you must also have Modify permissions.
When User Defined tabs have been enabled for a Case Type and data has been updated, all changes to the tab will display in the Activity Feed. User Defined List/Entry Tabs 1-5 activities will display View and Edit buttons on the Activity Feed. User Defined Entry Tabs 6-10 activities will only display the Edit button on the Activity Feed. The Timeline view shows a condensed listing of changes.
Select an activity to display full details of the action.
Click the View button (UD Tabs 1-5) to display a preview pane.
Click the Edit button to display the detail view of the item. The detail view will also display when the arrow icon on the preview pane is clicked.
