Modifying a Tile

Tiles can be modified in a variety of ways once added to a dashboard.

Once a tile has been added to a dashboard, it can be edited by clicking the pencil

icon when hovering over a tile, which will display the Edit tile window. Individual tiles may be refreshed at any time by clicking the refresh

icon.

Tiles can also be modified while viewing reported data. In the example below, if you are viewing data from the Cases by Case Type tile and wish to exclude a case type from view, you can easily select the case type and a strikethrough will display over that type (see boxed case types). The data from the excluded case type(s) will be removed from the visualization chart.

Hover over a section in the visualization tile to view more details. In the following example, you can see that 106 cases exist with the MVA case type.

Specific data can be further defined by clicking on a desired data area within the visualization chart.

  • Using the Cases by Case Type tile above, if you click the MVA case type, a window will display listing all the cases that were created with an MVA case type and associated case details.

  • Use the Columns button on the right of the window to choose which columns you wish to view.

  • Using the Right-Click Menu, the grid content and headers can be copied and exported for your convenience.
