The LawPay integration allows firms to securely accept online credit card and ACH payments. From Neos, you can share an invoice or trust request with your client as a link to the LawPay payment portal. When clients submit payments in the LawPay payment portal, the invoice and trust request status, as well as related Value items are automatically marked paid in Neos. This integration allows a better customer experience for your clients and the ability to track the status of payments all within Neos. The integration utilizes the LawPay Quick Bill, which does not support split or partial payments at this time, however, Neos can process partial refunds.
Neos does not charge for the LawPay integration, however, there is a fee to use LawPay and credit card processing. Contact your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected] for pricing information.
NOTE: An Email address must be linked to the Neos user's Staff Profile when creating a LawPay account from Neos. The email in Staff Profiles will be automatically tied to your firm's LawPay application.
