The Names tab contains the standard master report template. Any user defined reports created using this category will be located in the Names tab.

NOTE: A user must have permission to the Report Library and Case and Provider Tabs to utilize the Names tab and reports.

The Names Master Report Template cannot be edited or deleted; however, a new report can be saved from the master, in which to make changes.
