The QuickBooks SDK Integration and QuickBooks Online Integration allow firms to export checks or deposits and sync names directly from Neos to QuickBooks. Using these steps, data is automatically exported to QuickBooks without having to manually export a QuickBooks IIF (Intuit Interchange Format) file. Work with Intuit to ensure your existing company file is backed up appropriately.
Purchase QuickBooks
When converting to QuickBooks Online, purchase the Simple Start plan or higher.
When converting to QuickBooks SDK, purchase the desktop version 2023 or higher of Pro, Premier (Premier Plus), or Enterprise. To use SDK with Neos, you also need to download and install the Neos QuickBooks SDK Integrator.

Link Parties to Customers and Providers to Vendors
QuickBooks Online: Parties or Providers that exist in Neos can be linked with your existing Customers or Vendors. Refer to Link/Unlink Names which performs this process through the Neos Accounting Tab.
QuickBooks SDK: Parties or Providers that exist in Neos can be linked with your existing Customers or Vendors. Refer to Add/Update Name Links to create, change, or remove name links between Neos and QuickBooks SDK.
