This article describes the Value Tab activity within a Case.
NOTE: You must have Enabled permissions for the Case > Value Tab to filter and view activities. To access the Edit button, you must also have Modify permissions.
The Activity Feed keeps a full record of all changes to Value Tab items. The Timeline view shows a condensed listing of changes.
Additional information can be accessed from the Grid view.
Select an activity to display full details of the action. Depending upon the Action Type and the fields that were updated, a pop-up with different options will display.
Changes to Approval Status for Time/Value entries will also display in a pop-up for Value Tab activity.
Click the View button to display a preview pane of the Value item. Click the X to close the preview pane.
Click the Edit button to display the detail view of the Value item. The detail view will also display when the arrow icon on the preview pane is clicked.
