AI Prompts can be grouped into categories that make the most sense for your firm using the AI Prompt Categories Mini Directory. The AI Prompt Categories Mini Directory is visible with NeosAI Platinum.
NOTE: You must have Enabled, Add, Modify, and/or Delete permissions to Directories > Mini Directories as needed.

Neos contains two standard, active categories that cannot be modified or deleted.

Add Custom AI Prompt Category
New AI Prompt categories can be added by clicking the + Add button. A new entry will display at the top of the grid. Double-click the required Category field to enter edit mode. Up to 100 characters can be entered. New AI Prompt categories are Active by default.
Using AI Prompt Categories
Active AI Prompt Categories are available in the AI Prompts Directory. Categories can be assigned to AI Prompts from the Create AI Prompt or Edit AI Prompt window. Assigned categories display in the Category column of the AI Prompt Directory. AI Prompts may have more than one category associated. The AI Prompts Directory can be filtered by one or more categories.
Delete AI Prompt Categories
Custom AI Prompts (created by your firm) can be deleted by clicking the trash can icon in the grid for the desired tag. Confirm your intention by clicking Yes on the Delete item(s) window.
NOTE: If the selected custom AI Prompt Category is currently assigned to an AI Prompt, it will be marked inactive.
