Understanding Permission Levels

Group permission levels determine the access a group of staff has to different Neos functions. Neos uses a four-level system to set permissions for each function. When the permission is checked, that level of access is granted to the group for the corresponding function. When unchecked, access is denied.

Permission levels are defined as:

Permission Groups access is organized into Staff Members, Group General Permissions, Group Special Permissions, and Other Permissions.
