Within the Companion Cases Tab of a Case, case members from the selected companion group can be removed. Use the Companion Groups Directory to delete cases from multiple groups.
NOTE: The current case cannot be removed from a Companion Group where they are also a member.
NOTE: You must have Modify permissions for Case > Companion Cases Tab to remove Companion Case Members.
To remove other case members from a Companion group:
Select the Companion Cases Tab in the desired Case.
In the Groups pane, select the desired Group Name.
Hover over the case you would like to remove from the companion group in the Group Members pane and click the delete icon.
The case will be removed from the Group Members pane and from the associated companion group without warning.
Click the Save button to keep your changes.
