To successfully utilize Neos, your firm must be able to easily retrieve, understand, and analyze case information. Neos contains standard reports by category that allow users to retrieve information in a concise and usable format. Reports that open in the Report Library can be exported as a CSV or PDF. Some of these standard reports have been formatted from Needles 5 and can be viewed as a PDF Legacy Report.
For a list of standard reports that are included with your Neos database, refer to the Knowledge Base in the Self-Service Portal for each report category article. In the Knowledge Base, select Neos > Reports > Report Categories > desired report article. Each article details the standard report name by category and provides a brief description of each report. Users can create reports in Neos with Advanced Search, Dashboards, or by editing existing reports.
