This article describes the process for deleting a phone number tied to a name in Neos.
NOTE: You must have Delete permissions to Name Details > Phones to delete a phone number.
To delete a phone number:
Hover over the desired phone listing and click the trash can icon
.
Confirm your selection on the following message box.
Click the Yes button to confirm the phone deletion.
Click the No button if you have changed your mind and do not wish to delete the phone number.
3. Click the Save button to save changes.
