Using the current column view, the Phone or Text grid can be exported into Excel, CSV, or PDF.
NOTE: You must have Enabled permissions to Provider > Communications Tab.
Export PDF
When PDF is selected, the Export Options window will display. The Title defaults to the Contact's "[Last Name, First Name] – PhoneCalls Communications" or "[Last Name, First Name] – TextMessages Communications.
Refer to Export Advanced Search Queries for more details on these fields.
NOTE: The Filters option will not apply until filters are added to the grid.
Click Export to generate the PDF. A progress banner will display, followed by the generated PDF at the top of your browser.
The PDF provides a simple representation of the grid.
Export Excel
When Excel is selected, a progress banner will display.
Click the generated Excel file at the top of your browser to open an xlsx file in your Microsoft 365 Excel desktop.
Export CSV
When CSV is selected, a progress banner will display.
Click the generated CSV file at the top of your browser to open a CSV file in your Microsoft 365 Excel desktop.
