This article describes text message activities saved to a Case. Outgoing text messages will create a new text message activity in the Activity Feed of a Case.
NOTE: You must have Enabled permissions for the Notes Tab to filter and view activities. To access the Edit button, you must also have Modify permissions.
The Activity Feed keeps a full record of all text messages sent from a Case. The Timeline view shows a condensed listing of changes.
Additional information can be accessed from the Grid view.
Select an activity to display full details in a pop-up.
Click the View button to display a preview pane of the text message Note.
From the preview side pane, click the pencil icon to display the detail view of the text message in the Notes Tab. Click the ellipsis button to show the Delete Note option. Click the X to close the preview pane.
Click the Edit button to display the detail view of the text message in the Notes Tab.
