The Involvement Tab provides a 360-degree view showing all cases and intakes where a contact is associated. Use the Involvement Tab when negotiating medical bills to find all cases that involve a particular provider or when working with an insurance adjuster who is involved in multiple cases. You can also use this tab to check if the contact has been involved in any other cases with your firm before you take them on as a new client. The Involvement Tab can be used as a replacement for List Provider Usage, providing more capabilities.
NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to Provider > Involvement Tab.
