An Intake goes through various stages before it is accepted, rejected, or referred. The Intake process is determined by Stages. An Intake can contain be divided into five stages. This timeline is the backbone of how the Activity Feed was created to provide a quick reference for an Intake's status.
Because the Intake Activity Feed uses stages, it is available for all Intakes, regardless of Case Type. As an Intake progresses, each stage will change from future, to in progress, and then complete.
The Intake Activity Feed contains five stages: Lead, Prospect, Evaluation, Prospect, and Closed. When an Intake has been added, the Lead stage will be triggered. As an Intake progresses, the date the Intake stage was changed will display below the corresponding stage.
Stage Completion
As an Intake progresses, the stages in the Activity Feed will change colors. Refer to Intake Stage & Status for more details on the use of each stage and standard status.
When an Intake is moved to another stage, e.g., Lead to Prospect, the current stage will be marked complete. The date that the stage has been moved/marked complete displays below the stage.
When an Intake stage is in progress, the current stage will display, e.g., Proposal. The date that the Intake has been moved displays below the stage.
Future Intake stages display on the Activity Feed in grey but will not show a date until the Intake is changed to that stage.
When the Intake has been moved to the final stage, that date will display below the blue Closed stage.
