A name that has been linked between Neos and QuickBooks can be unlinked using the Neos QuickBooks Integrator. To quickly find a linked name, select the check box for Only Linked Names when conducting your search.
NOTE: A user must have Enabled and Delete permissions to Accounting > Name Links to view existing links and unlink a name.
To unlink a linked name:
Click the Add New Name/Link button on the main Integrator window.
On the Names Link to QuickBooks Customer/Vendors window, select the Search Type and enter a fragment of the name; then click the Search button.
Select the desired name and click the View Link button.
On the Link Detail window, click the Unlink button to remove the name link between Neos and QuickBooks.
Click the Yes button to confirm your selection.
Click the OK button on the confirmation message. You will be returned to the Names Link to QuickBooks Customer/Vendors window. Click the Close button when done.
