SMS templates can be deleted from the list view.
NOTE: You must have the Delete permissions to Directories > Templates to delete SMS Templates.
To delete an SMS template:
Click the Settings icon on the left navigation pane.
Click the Templates button.
Select the SMS Templates tab.
Click the kebab menu for the template you wish to delete.
Select the Delete option.
Confirm your selection on the following message.
Click the Yes button to delete the SMS template.
Click the No button to abort the template deletion.
7. The SMS Templates tab will Save when the Yes button is clicked.
