Documents can be coded using tags, prompts, and tag lists in the Word Add-in and uploaded to the Template Setup in Neos to generate documents for a Case, Provider, or Intake. PDFs with fillable fields can be mapped in Neos as well.
Advanced coding is also available for firms who wish to insert variable information (e.g., If, Then, Else statements, and gender-based pronouns) from Neos.
If you would like Assembly to code your firm's documents, click here to complete the Report Request Form. Enter your customer information and select "Create a new or modify existing merge document(s) (a.ka. templates)". Additional fields will become available based on your selection (e.g., the number of documents to code and document format). Make sure to upload the document(s) you wish to have Assembly code. Review the Additional Considerations and Requirements section and click Submit.
