Case Date Labels Mini Directory

Case Date Labels are date fields that act as a quick reference for important dates in a Case. Case Date Labels are created in the Mini Directory, configured by Case Type on the Case Dates Tab and displayed on the Case Tab of a Case Folder. Case Dates are used in the Case Checklist as reference points to calculate due dates for associated checklist items. They can also be merged into documents or searchable in reports.

NOTE: You must have Enabled, Add, Modify, and/or Delete permissions to Directories > Mini Directories as needed.
