When your firm has been provisioned to access the Advanced Analytics feature, administrators can grant staff access and begin creating new Advanced Analytics dashboards, which are embedded right into My Dashboards (Home screen of Neos). Any number of Advanced Analytics dashboards can be created and can contain any of the 9 Advanced Analytics Report tile options.
NOTE: Each user who should have access to Advanced Analytics will need to have the Special Permissions > Advanced Analytics enabled. For multiple staff, it is easier to enable this in Permission Groups.
Add Advanced Analytics Dashboard
Advanced Analytics is contained in its own type of dashboard, displayed as "AA".
To create a new Advanced Analytics Dashboard:
Click the Add Dashboard button on the top right of My Dashboards.
On the New Dashboard window, select the Advanced Analytics option from the Type dropdown.
Enter a Title for your dashboard, e.g., Inventory, then click the Save button.
When the dashboard is created, it will display in the horizontal list at the top.
Add Advanced Analytics Tile
Now, click the + Add Tile button to get started with adding a tile/visualization.
On the Add Tile window, select the Advanced Analytics Report.
Enter a Title for the tile you wish to add. Browse the Advanced Analytics Report list and choose any of the nine (9) pre-configured Advanced Analytics visualizations. Click the above link for a list and description of each visualization tile. Each tile shows key firm insights from a data lake of your firm's Neos data.
NOTE: Visualizations are refreshed once per day and any changes in data are logged in your firm's data lake. Your private data lake contains historical Neos information, allowing you to analyze data such as the amount of time it takes your firm to settle a case.
After the visualization tile has been added, make sure to click the Save button.
NOTE: Visualizations will only show data if your firm uses the related features in Neos. For example, Intake and Marketing Campaign visualizations will only show data if your firm uses Intakes and the Marketing Campaign field. Case Inventory Medical with Insurance & Settlement forecasting will only be relevant for firms that use the Insurance Tab.
