Auxiliary Checklist titles can be modified at any time with changes reflected throughout Neos. Changes can be made to the Title, Active, and Litigation columns.
NOTE: You must have Modify permissions to Directories > Auxiliary Checklist.
Modify Title
To modify a checklist title, simply double-click the Title field to open the edit mode.
Auxiliary Checklist titles can also be made inactive. Inactive checklists do not display in the Select Auxiliary Checklist window when adding checklist items to a Case.
Modify Active
To mark a title inactive, select the checkbox of the corresponding title name, in the left-hand pane of the Auxiliary Checklist Directory. The Active checkbox will not be selected when the title is inactive.
Modify Litigation
When an Auxiliary Checklist title that is marked as "Litigation" is added to a Case, the Case Folder Status is changed to "IN LITIGATION" and the title of the Auxiliary Checklist is added to the Case Folder Header.
To remove the "IN LITIGATION" status from the Case header, unselect the Litigation checkbox for that Auxiliary Checklist title in the Directory. The Case Folder Status will change back to the original status, e.g., Opened. The checklist items that were added to the Case from the Auxiliary Checklist title will remain in the Case Checklist Tab.
Insert the Aux Checklist Title column in the Checklist Tab to see from which Auxiliary Checklist title each checklist item originates. The Litigation titles field in the Case Header will remain unless all checklist items from that Auxiliary Checklist title are removed from the Case Checklist Tab.
Click the Save button to save all changes to the Auxiliary Checklist Directory.
