The Party Reports tab contains a list of reports that reference clients in a case based on criteria such as email address and birthday.
NOTE: A user must have permissions to the Report Library and the Party Tab in a Case Folder to utilize the Party Reports tab and reports.
The Parties Master Report Template cannot be edited or deleted, however, a new report can be saved from the master, in which to make changes. Standard reports cannot be deleted, however, they can be edited and saved as a new report. Refer to Accessing Reports for additional details.
Birthday reports provide a listing of parties whose birthday falls within the selected dates. These reports can be used to determine clients of a particular age or clients celebrating a birthday in a particular month. To access a list of parties by birthday, select the Party Birthday Listing Email report or the Party Listing by Birthday with Phone Number report.
In the following example, set the Date Of Birth Start and Date Of Birth End filters to the first and last day of the month you wish to report. If you want to locate all parties with a birthday in the month of January, set "01/01/1900" for the Date Of Birth Start and "01/31/1900" for the Date Of Birth End. Setting the year as "1900" essentially acts as a blank year, considering all parties born in the month of January, regardless of the year.

E-Mail Address For All Clients | Displays a list of clients with default email address. Sorted by Name, then by Case #. |
List of Parties in a Case | Lists Party Name, Default Full Address, First Phone Number, Client, Role, Relationship for all parties in a case. Select only clients, no clients, or all parties in the selected case. |
