Filters and visualizations from Advanced Analytics dashboards can be exported. The type of export depends on the selected visualization. Tables can be exported with their current layout and summarized data, whereas all other tiles and filters can only be exported as summarized data.
To export data from Advanced Analytics:
Click the More Options menu (three dots) next to the visualization you wish to export and select the "Export Data" option.
Choose the type of data you wish to export. For tables, choose between Data with current layout or Summarized data. (The Underlying data option is not available at this time.)
NOTE: When Data with current layout is selected, the File format defaults to Excel, 150,000-row maximum.
Click the Export button. A progress message will display, followed by a success message when complete.
NOTE: If the following error message appears, refresh Neos and try to export again.
The downloaded Excel file will display in Downloads section of your browser. The file name will reference the visualization name you selected.
Click to open the file and view your exported data.
