This article reviews the options in the Fill and Sign menu in the PDF Editor. Details for the Signature and Rubber Stamp options can be found in the Shapes and PDF Insert Tools KB. Refer to the Annotating PDFs in Neos for the Free Text option.
NOTE: Your firm must have Neos Premium and Staff must have Add permissions to the Documents Tab to save PDF edits.
The Color Palette is available on Free Text and Calendar options and allows four different colors to be configured for each option.
The Undo and Redo buttons will undo or redo the last change that was made.
The Eraser button is available on all Fill and Sign options and can remove selected item changes.
Refer to the beginning of Editing PDFs in Neos to save all recent changes to the current PDF, as a new PDF, or to cancel all changes.

Free Text – Refer to Annotating PDFs in Neos.
Cross – Inserts a black "X" into the desired location of the PDF. Select the inserted cross to add a comment, change the opacity, delete, create a link, resize, or rotate.
Tick – Inserts a black checkmark into the desired location of the PDF. Select the inserted tick to add a comment, change the opacity, delete, create a link, resize, or rotate.
Dot – Inserts a black solid circle into the desired location of the PDF. Select the inserted dot to add a comment, change the opacity, delete, create a link, resize, or rotate.
Rubber Stamp – Refer to Shapes and PDF Insert Tools.
Calendar – Inserts today's year-month-date into the desired location of the PDF. Select the inserted calendar to add a comment, change the text, stroke, fill, and color, delete, create a link, resize, or rotate. Use the color palette to choose the desired date color(s).
