An eLaw case can be disconnected from Neos from the Case Tab. When the eLaw case is disconnected from Neos, the eLaw status for this Case will show 'Inactive'. You can also choose to remove the eLaw case from your firm's eWatch list.
NOTE: You must have the eLaw Special Permission set to Enabled.
To unsubscribe from a synced eLaw case:
Navigate to the Case Tab in Neos.
Scroll to the Court Information section and click the Settings button.
On the eLaw Watchlist window, click the Unsubscribe From Watchlist text.
Confirm your intention on the Unsubscribe Confirmation window. You will no longer receive future appearances as Case Calendar Events or motions on the eLaw Motions Tab. The eLaw Watchlist for this case will be inactive.
When Yes is clicked, you'll be prompted if you wish to remove this case from the watchlist in eLaw.
If Yes is clicked, the case will be removed from your firm's eWatch list and will no longer count toward your firm's watchlist cost. The case can be added back to your eWatch list in eLaw, if needed.
If No is clicked, the case will remain in your firm's eWatch list and will continue to count toward your firm's watchlist cost.
