Centralized Deployment is the most efficient way for firms to provide users seamless access to the Neos Word Add-in for both online and desktop applications. Once your firm's Microsoft 365 Administrator has deployed the Neos Word Add-in, use this article to ensure access to the add-in in Word Online and Word Desktop. Users may receive an email notification when they have been added to an add-in group, depending on your firm's SharePoint configuration.

NOTE: Users should close Word Desktop and may need to relaunch Microsoft 365 to view the deployed add-in.
Load Neos Word Add-in - Word Online
Log in to https://Office.com and go to Word.
Select "Blank document" to access the ribbons.
On the Home ribbon, click the Add-ins button.
The Neos Word (Office) Add-in should display under My Add-ins.
If the Neos Word Add-in is NOT under the My Add-ins section, click the More Add-ins button to open the Office Add-ins window.
Select the Admin Managed tab and click the Refresh button on the top right. Select the Neos add-in and click the Add button.
The Neos Word Add-in will be loaded into the Insert ribbon in Word Online.
Load Neos Word Add-in - Word Desktop
Once you have confirmed that the Neos Word Add-in has been loaded into your Word Online, it should be available in Word Desktop. If the add-in does not display in the Insert ribbon, follow these steps to make it appear.
Open Word Desktop and select "Blank document".
On the Home ribbon, click the Add-ins button.
The Neos Word Add-in should be listed under the "My Add-ins" section. If the Neos Word Add-in is NOT there, follow steps 5 and 6 from above to load the add-in.
Click the Neos add-in to automatically load it into the Insert ribbon.
The Neos Word Add-in is now ready for use in Word Online and Word Desktop.
NOTE: Access to the add-in can be revoked if you are removed from the list of add-in users or the add-in group. If this occurs, contact your firm's Microsoft 365 Global Administrator.
