Calendar events that are no longer needed can be canceled (this process replaces the previous Delete function). If the event is linked with a Case/Intake, the option to keep a record of your original event will be available. When a record is kept, that original event is created as a non-Outlook event, which means it will only be visible in the Case Calendar of that linked Case/Intake. These non-Outlook events are distinguishable as an "Archived Event" in the Case Calendar Tab.
To cancel an event, click the Cancel Event button on the popup or Event Details window.
