The My Dashboards screen contains customizable dashboards to align with your firm- and staff-specific needs. Staff can create custom dashboards, reorder the full list of dashboards, rearrange and resize standard tiles, and add new tiles from saved Advanced Search queries for a more personalized home screen.
NOTE: Without View permissions to General > Advanced Search, users can only view the Neos Today default dashboard and Intake Overview, if your firm has NeosAI Platinum, and dashboards that have been shared with you by other users. The Edit and + Add Dashboard buttons will be hidden without this permission and ONLY the default tiles (My checklist, My appointments, and My messages) will be present. The View Report button will also be hidden.
My Dashboards can be accessed using the dashboard icon 
, which is always the first tab, or by clicking the Neos logo on the left navigation pane. Your currently selected dashboard is shown with a blue underline.
All individual staff can access the Neos Today dashboard, which contains three default widgets (My Appointments, My Messages, and My Checklist).
Intake Pro firms can also utilize the Intakes Overview (Plat) dashboard.
Your list of dashboards can be customized.
Click the Edit button to add custom tiles to your current dashboard.
Click the + Add Dashboard button to create custom dashboards.
Click the gear icon
to reset default dashboards, delete custom/individual dashboards, or remove custom/shared dashboards. Dashboard Settings also allow you to modify the dashboard title and share with other users.
Reorder Dashboards
Individual dashboards can be reordered by dragging and dropping tabs to a new location in the list. Changes to the order of your dashboards will be saved. Your default dashboard will always be the dashboard that is first in the list.
NOTE: You do not need to be in Edit mode to reorder dashboards.
Arrange Tiles
Standard widgets and custom tiles can be modified while in Edit mode. The name of the dashboard that you are currently editing will display under your list of dashboards.
Resize Tiles
Hover over an existing widget to display the three lines on the bottom right. When the double-sided arrow icon appears, click to resize the widget. A gray background will display, showing the size in which the tile can be shaped.
Relocate Tiles
To relocate a widget, hover over the top to display the four arrows icon and click to drag the widget to a different location on the current dashboard.
When complete, click the Save button to keep your changes. The Discard button removes your changes and reverts the dashboard to the last saved change.
