The AI Tags Directory enables the creation, editing, and management of AI tags for document generation, offering greater customization and integration with case data.
Using the AI Tags Directory, firms can:
Create and customize AI Tags for use in documents, ensuring AI-generated content is tailored to your specific needs
Edit existing tags to refine data sources or mark tags as inactive
See a sample of the AI Tag output before implementation
Seamlessly access AI Tags in the Word Add-in
The AI Tags Directory contains 79 standard AI Tags from Neos and custom AI tags created by your firm. Firms can utilize these tags when configuring AI-powered document templates to include preferred format, language, or context.
NOTE: Your firm must have NeosAI Platinum and Staff must have the Special Permissions > NeosAI and AI: Manage Prompts & Tags set to Enabled.
Access AI Tags Directory
Click the Settings icon from the left navigation pane.
Select the AI Tags tile within the Directory Editors section.
The AI Tags grid displays default columns for Name, ID, AI Prompt, Data Sources, Category, Active, and Edit/Delete. Tags are displayed alphabetically by Tag Name.
Your firm's AI Tags Directory contains two types of tags:
Standard, immutable tags where some fields can be modified, but the tag itself cannot be deleted. These will only display an edit icon.
Custom tags created by your firm where all fields can be modified, and the tag can be deleted. These are distinguished by both the edit and delete icons.
AI Tag Categories
AI Tags can be grouped by Category, making it easier to find and manage tags based on type or purpose. These grouping options are stored in the AI Tag Categories Mini Directory.
Use the Categories filter at the top of the grid to access AI Tags by certain categories. Categories can be set for AI Tags within the Edit AI Tag window.

AI Executive Case Summary has been added as a standard AI Tag. While the AI Tag cannot be deleted, the Data Sources can be changed.
NOTE: Changing the Data Sources will change the default for all future AI Executive Case Summaries.
New, custom AI Tags can be added or deleted, and all tags can be edited and previewed.
