Download Invoices from Advanced Search

When performing an Advanced Search for Invoices, multiple invoices can be selected and downloaded in bulk. Choose between PDF and Word formats, or LEDES 98B and LSS-SW10 formats if LEDES Billing is enabled for your firm.

NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to Accounting > Invoicing Tab. The LEDES 98B and LSS-SW10 options are only available when LEDES Billing is enabled in Firm Preferences.

Bulk Download Invoices

  1. Navigate to Advanced Search and set the Search for field to Invoices. Enter your search criteria and click Run Search.

  2. Use the check boxes in the search results to select the invoices you wish to download. Click the Download button from the bulk actions menu.

  3. Choose the desired format and click the Download button. When LEDES 98B, PDF, or Word has been selected, additional options will display.

NOTE: LEDES 98B and LSS-SW10 formats are only available when LEDES Billing is enabled.

  4. When PDF or Word is selected, six check box options will be available. An additional option, Staff Hours Summary, will display for invoices containing billable Time entries. This option provides an overview of the number of hours for which a particular staff billed. Refer to Download Invoices to review all options.

  5. If the LEDES 98B format is selected, six options will display. Refer to Download Invoices to review all options.

  6. If the LSS-SW10 format is selected, click the Download button to download the selected invoices in this format.

NOTE: The Claim # field is not present when downloading invoices in bulk from Advanced Search. Neos will default the Claim # to the first Claim number that exists in each invoice's case. If a selected invoice does not have a Claim #, this section will be blank for those specific invoices.

  7. A window will display on the bottom right of Neos showing the download process and when the download is complete.

  8. Click the zip file from your browser to show the selected invoices unzipped as separate files in your Downloads folder using your selected format.
