Neos is continuously evolving with new features and enhancements to help your firm work smarter and more efficiently for your clients.

We value and welcome our customers' ideas. Do you have a feature or enhancement to make Neos even better?

To access the Ideas Portal, click the Help icon in Neos and select the Suggest an idea button.

The Neos Ideas Portal is accessible to all customers directly in Neos, allowing you to add your vote on an existing idea or suggest a new idea. All suggestions are reviewed by Product Management as they plan for upcoming releases.

Ideas that have been released and are coming soon to Neos are displayed here, within the Recently Launched and Coming Soon sections. These sections are not exhaustive of our entire roadmap, but a vetted list of ideas that have been submitted in our Ideas Portal.

This tab contains some of the next set of ideas from the portal that we would like to implement.

The Top Contenders section shows ideas that are most likely to be added and have a high number of votes, deeming them equally important to our firms.

The Emerging Ideas section shows newer ideas that Product Management is considering. Once these ideas have gained votes, they may be moved into the Top Contenders section.

NOTE: These sections are not exhaustive of all submitted ideas, but rather ideas that have been reviewed by Product Management from our Ideas Portal.

Votes can be added to any idea in the Ideas Portal. Your vote and comment can help shape the progression of an idea. The more votes, the more likely an idea is to be implemented in Neos. When your voted idea has moved to another section, such as from "Top Contender" to "Coming Soon", you will be notified.

NOTE: Email notifications will be coming at a later date.

Your voted ideas will display in the My Priorities tab for easier tracking.

Click a tile to learn more about an existing idea. A new window will display with the idea title, description, and voting options. The number of votes for this idea is displayed on the top right.

To cast your vote, select how important this idea is for your firm (Must have, Nice to have, or Not interested). Once an option is clicked, a text box will appear where you can add your thoughts on this idea.

When finished, click Submit. Click the X or Browse ideas to return to your last view.

Your vote on an existing idea will be added to the My Priorities tab for tracking, with your vote category visible on the tile.

Select the tile to view, change, or remove your vote category and to see your comment and any comments made by other members of your firm.

NOTE: While the total number of votes will be visible, only comments made by you or others at your firm will be accessible.

NOTE: Clicking Remove will cancel your vote and comment, and remove the idea from the My Priorities tab. However, the idea window will still be on your screen, should you need to recast your vote if it was removed in error.

Use the Search bar at the top to find vetted ideas based on your search term. Voting on existing ideas prevents the portal from getting cluttered and allows votes and comments to remain tied to the original idea.

The Tab status ("On the Roadmap" or "Considering") will display on each result tile. Ideas where you have voted are easily distinguished by hovering over the solid person icon.

If you cannot find an existing idea for your suggestion, click the Suggest an Idea button to create one.

On the Submit feedback window, type in the goal you wish to have solved and any obstacles to achieve it.

As you type, a right-side pane of existing, vetted ideas will display, matching the word(s) you typed. If one of these existing ideas satisfies your suggestion, click the tile to add your vote and comment.

NOTE: You can always click the Back arrow button to return to the idea submission window to review/vote on a different idea or continue creating your new idea.

If your suggested idea is not in the list, complete the problem you are trying to solve and select the Importance of this suggestion ("Must have" or "Nice to have"). Importance is required to submit your idea.

Once Submit is clicked, your suggested idea will be sent to our Product Management team for review. Your idea suggestions will display in the "Suggestions submitted by you" section within the My Priorities tab.

If your suggestion is promoted as an idea, it will be added to the Ideas Portal.
