Tiles can be repositioned anywhere on a dashboard.
To move a tile to another part of the current dashboard:
Hover over the top band of a tile.
When the hand icon displays, click and drag the tile to the desired position. A shadow of the tile will display the position where it can be placed.
The Dashboard will refresh when tiles have been repositioned.
