The ID Codes Mini Directory contains a list of user-defined codes for identifying a Party.
Examples may be "Interpreter Needed" or "Assistance Required". The ID Code field displays on the Party Tab with a dropdown of active codes and descriptions from the ID Codes Mini Directory. The selected Code will display in the field. Parties can be located by ID Code using the Party Master Report Template.
NOTE: You must have Enabled, Add, Modify, and/or Delete permissions to Directories > Mini Directories as needed.
To add a new ID Code, click the + Add button. A blank entry will display in the first row of the grid. Double-click the Code field of the new entry to enter edit mode. Code is a required and unique field. Up to 10 characters can be entered in the Code field and up to 25 characters in the Description field. New ID Codes are Active by default.
To delete an ID Code, click the delete icon to the far right of the entry.
Click the Yes button to delete the item if it is not in use. If it is being used, the item will be marked inactive.
Click the No button to abort the deletion.
Click the Save button to keep your changes.
