Custom AI Tags created by your firm can be deleted from the AI Tags Manager. Standard AI Tags cannot be deleted.
NOTE: Your firm must have NeosAI Platinum and Staff must have the Special Permissions > NeosAI and AI: Manage Prompts & Tags set to Enabled.
To delete a custom AI Tag:
Click the Settings icon from the left navigation pane.
Select the AI Tags tile within the Directory Editors section.
Click the trash can icon next to the custom AI tag you wish to delete.
Confirm your intention on the Delete AI tag(s) warning message.
Click Yes to delete the custom AI Tag. It will be removed from the AI Tag Directory, Neos for Word Add-in, and will no longer be available during the Generate Documents with NeosAI.
Click No to abort the deletion.
5. When Yes is clicked, the AI Tags grid will refresh, having omitted the removed tag.
