Like phone numbers, online accounts in Neos can be selected to trigger an action. Online Accounts, such as social media or a website can be opened directly from your browser.
NOTE: You must have Add permissions to Name Details > Online Accounts to create an online account for a contact. You must also have Enabled and Modify permissions to the Party Tab or Provider Tab to save the changes made to the contact on the Party Tab or Provider Tab.
To enter a new online account:
Click the plus icon above the Online Accounts list.
Enter the following fields on the Add Online Account window. All fields are required.
Type – Select the type of online account (Personal, Business or Other).
Platform – Select the platform for the online account (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Website).
Link – Enter the online account URL. You do not have to enter "https://", as it will be automatically added when the URL is clicked.
3. Click the Save button to insert the new online account.
4. Click the Save button to save changes to the current tab.
