Custom tiles can be created using the Custom Tile Wizard within the Tile library. With NeosAI Platinum, your firm will have more Primary Record options relating to Intake.
To add a custom tile:
Click the New button pinned to the bottom of the Tile library window to insert a Custom Tile.
On the Custom tile window, enter the fields to create your tile.
Title – Create a title for your custom tile. This could refer to intakes, cases, settlements, etc. and is a required field in order to save the custom tile.
Description – Enter a description for the tile. This can be tailored to the particular information the tile will report. The default description is "Create your Own tile using Custom Tile Wizard".
Visualization Type – Select the type of chart that should display the report data. Custom tiles default to Gauge Chart. Choose between Bar Chart, Data Table, Doughnut Chart, Gauge Chart, Line Chart, Money Value, or Number Value.
Select Primary Record – Select the type of data on which you wish to report. Choose between Calendar Event, Case, Cases with Case Dates, Cases with Case Notes, Cases with Case Staff, Cases with Checklist, Cases with Counsel, Cases with Negotiation, Cases with Value, Checklist, Counsel, Insurance, Intakes, Intakes and Cases, Negotiation, Notes, Party, Provider, Staff, Time, UserTabs 1-10, Value or Value Transaction. The Primary Record now includes combined records to create tiles and reports that include both standard and user defined fields from multiple case tabs.
Group By – Group by criteria is dependent upon the selected Primary Record type and Visualization Type. This field may be required based on other selections (i.e., Gauge Chart of Insurance requires a Group By setting).
Function – Select how you wish data to function. Choose between Count, Sum or Avg. When "Avg" is selected, the Visualization Type is defaulted to "Number Value".
Property – Property criteria is dependent on the selected Visualization Type, Primary Record and Function. For example, a Number Value visualization type of Insurance and Avg requires a Property setting. Criteria options will vary based on the different selections.
Search Filters – Select the type of data the report should filter by. A dropdown of available options, including user defined fields (Case) and case dates (CD) will display based on the Primary Record when you click into the Search field. When saving as a new report, the selected filters will be used when running the report.
Available Columns – Select the column(s) that pertain to the data which you are reporting. A dropdown of available options, including user defined fields (Case) and case dates (CD) will display based on the Primary Record when you click into the Search field. When saving as a new report, the selected columns will display when viewing the report.
Save As Report – Click the slider to create a new report of this custom tile. When selected, the Report Category option will become available.
Report Category – Select the category where you wish to store this new report.
3. Click the Save button to save your custom tile changes. The Reset button will revert all fields back to the custom tile default.
4. If Save As Report is selected, the new report will display within the chosen report category.
5. Click to run the report. The filters and columns selected from the Custom tile window will display as filters and columns in the created report.
