Filter and Customize Advanced Analytics Tiles

When tiles have been added to an Advanced Analytics dashboard, there are a variety of filter and customization options available.

NOTE: Your firm must have Advanced Analytics provisioned and the Advanced Analytics Special Permission enabled.

Filtering

Along the top of the tile, you'll see filters with dropdowns. Use the checkboxes to select single or multiple options in which to filter. To select multiple, hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard. Some filters may be set to "All" by default.

Filters can be cleared and restored to the default using the eraser icon, displayed when hovering.

Click the funnel icon, displayed upon hover, to see your selected filters per visualization.

Focus Mode

Each of the filters and visualizations, upon hover, has a Focus Mode button that when clicked, shows a full screen of that filter or visualization. This allows you to get the full scope of each component in the pre-configured visualizations. Click the Back to report button to return to the original view.

More Options

A meatball menu is available upon hover for each of the visualizations and filters with different options.

Target Data

Data from tables and chart visualizations can be selected and thereby highlighted in other tables and charts. For example, by selecting a single Staff in the Staff Checklist Rating table, my other visualization change based on that selection. Select the same targeted data to return to the original view.
