Neos website information, such as images and code, are stored in your browser's cache, which avoids having to re-download data each time Neos is accessed. However, deleting site data from time to time can free up space and fix performance issues when trying to access Neos or your firm's information within Neos.
NOTE: Site Data can only be deleted from your regular browser session (not incognito).
As with any changes made in Neos, it is important to save the current screen. If you're not seeing saved changes reflected elsewhere in Neos, e.g., Staff changes in the Staff dropdown on the Case Tab, try the following:
Refresh the current tab (F5)
Close and reopen the tab
Log out of Neos and follow the steps below for deleting the site data, then log back into Neos.
These steps can be performed at any time as a troubleshooting method prior to contacting Support. The following instructions reference deleting your browser's Neos site data in Google Chrome but can be performed on any other supported browser.
These are examples of error messages you may receive when trying to access Neos.
To fix these error(s):
In your browser, navigate to Neos: https://app.neos-cloud.com/
In the URL field, click the View site information icon
to open a popup window with additional options.
Select the Site settings option.
Under Usage, it is suggested to Delete data associated with site cookies for Neos.
Click the Delete button to proceed.
NOTE: Alternatively, you can use the Ctrl + F5 keyboard function on the Neos URL (above) to refresh and delete the site data. Your open Neos tab will reload.
Within the Site settings, ensure that your Notifications and Pop-ups and redirects are set to "Allow", to stay informed of new enhancements to Neos.
