The Neos Application Status Page provides a transparent view of the current Neos system status, awareness of scheduled product releases, and major incident notifications. Use the Neos Applications Status Page to stay apprised of important Neos communications.
Access Neos Application Status Page
Navigate to https://status.neos-cloud.com/ to access the Neos Application Status Page. Bookmark this page in your browser to keep it readily available. You can also access this page from the Neos Support Portal by clicking the question mark in Neos, selecting the Support Portal button, and clicking the "Neos Application Status Page" tile.
NOTE: If the Neos Application Status Page shows "All systems operational with 100% uptime" but your firm is experiencing latency issues, the Neos application is NOT down. However, please contact Support so we can conduct further investigation to determine the cause and work toward a resolution.
Get (All) Updates
To access all the latest status update notifications, click the Get updates button on the top right. You will receive all updates that occur to your selected method (Email, Webhook, or API).
Email Subscription
From the Get status updates window, enter your email address. Choose whether you wish to receive all status updates or only specific components (Neos Web App or Neos API). Click Subscribe to complete the process.
Webhook Subscription
From the Get status updates window, enter the desired Webhook URL and your email address. Choose whether you wish to receive all status updates or only specific components (Neos Web App or Neos API). Click Subscribe to complete the process.

API Subscription
From Get updates > API, make a GET call to the desired API URL to retrieve the relevant status information in JSON format. Choose between the summary for the overall status or the components for individual entries.
Single Subscribe
If you did not choose to receive all updates (above), you can subscribe to individual notifications, as events are listed. Open the scheduled event and click the Subscribe button.
You can subscribe to individual events using Email or Webhook.
Email Subscription
Enter your email address and click Subscribe to set your subscription for this event only.
If you would rather subscribe to all updates, click the "Subscribe to all status page updates instead" link.
When successful, you'll see the following message.
To return to the Neos Application Status page, click the Show current status link on the bottom left. You can also switch to dark mode, if preferred.
To turn off dark mode, simply click the moon icon.
Notification Timeline
Regardless of the subscription frequency (single or all), you will receive a notification to your specified method for scheduled updates as follows:
NOTE: If you happen to subscribe after you were already subscribed with the same email, you will only receive one notification at each corresponding interval time. In other words, you will not receive duplicates.
Major Incident
• 1st – As soon as Assembly Software is aware
• 2nd – When work is started
• 3rd – When work is completed
• Additional notifications may be sent if the timeline is exceeded
Product Releases
• 1st – One week before
• 2nd – 48 hours before
• 3rd – Day of at 1:30 pm EST
• 4th – Day of at 8:30 pm EST
• 5th – When work is started
• 6th – When work is completed
• Additional notifications may be sent if the timeline is exceeded
Manage Subscription
You can unsubscribe from your notifications at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button in any notification you received from Neos.
You will be immediately unsubscribed and see the following confirmation window.
