All saved prompts, whether custom or standard can be modified. Custom prompts created by your firm are fully adjustable. Standard or default prompts from Neos only allow changes to the Active, Prompt Category, Document Type, Case Type, and Available in Chat Mode fields.
NOTE: Your firm must have NeosAI Platinum and Staff must have the Special Permissions > NeosAI and AI: Manage Prompts & Tags set to Enabled.
Modify Custom AI Prompts
To modify a custom AI Prompt created by your firm:
Navigate to Settings > AI Prompts.
Click the pencil icon next to a custom AI Prompt.
Notice that all fields can be altered. Refer to Create AI Prompts for a full description of fields.
When desired changes have been made, click the Save button to keep your AI Prompt changes.
Modify Standard AI Prompts
Navigate to Settings > AI Prompts.
Click the pencil icon next to a standard AI Prompt.
Notice that only the Active, Prompt Category, Document Type, Case Type, and Available in Chat Mode fields can be altered. Refer to Create AI Prompts for a full description of fields.
When desired changes have been made, click the Save button to keep your AI Prompt changes.
