Intake Notes Tab

Collaborate on Intakes using the Notes feature. As many notes as needed can be added to the Notes Tab of an Intake. Notes can be shared through email and staff can be mentioned using the "@" symbol in a note. When an Intake is made into a Case, all notes will be transferred to the Notes Tab in the Case Folder.

Intake Notes that were previously only accessible from the Provider Notes Tab have been migrated to now display on the Intake Notes Tab.

NOTE: You must have at least Enabled permissions to: My Intakes and/or Others' Intakes (to view Intakes) and Case > Notes Tab (to access the Intake Notes Tab).

Notes are added to an Intake in the same way as Case Notes. The left tab will highlight to show that you are on the Notes Tab within the selected Intake.

NOTE: The tab name is determined by the selected Case Type > Tab Setup.

Notes can be filtered and searched for easy access.

Notes can be marked as important and pinned to the top of the list view. When an Intake is made into a Case, the marked note remains flagged as Important. Refer to Mark and Pin Important Notes for more information.

Click the + New Note button to add a new note to the Intake Notes Tab. You can also send an email directly from the Notes Tab without having to create a note. Refer to Sending an Email from Neos for more information.

Click the Actions menu (in the detail view of a note) OR the kebab menu

in the list view to email the note. Tagged emails and notes emailed from Neos have additional action options.

From the Bulk Actions menu, notes can be edited, deleted, copied to other cases, or moved to other cases.

A right arrow has been added to each note, allowing the full note view to be opened below in the note entry list view. Multiple notes can be expanded to quickly reference Case notes without having to leave the current view. For longer notes, such as emails, a scroll bar will display on the right to view the full note. All notes can be expanded with a single click by selecting the Expand All button. Click the Collapse All button to collapse all notes.
