Accessing Dashboards

Neos Dashboards display a variety of different firm information at one time using tiles with graphic visualization options. Firms can use standard tiles or create custom tiles to tailor the type of information they wish to view. Each tile can be customized for a specific need. Dashboards can be created for particular departments or for each staff, displaying information that is most important to each group or person. Dashboards are accessible from the left navigation pane in Neos.

Dashboards are easily accessed from within Neos by clicking the Open Dashboards

icon on the left navigation pane. When the Dashboards tab is opened, the Dashboard List will display, containing the dashboards for which the current user has access. The staff who created each dashboard and the last updated date are also displayed. The Dashboard List is automatically updated each time the page is refreshed or when returning from a dashboard back to the list. Individual dashboards can also be set to automatically refresh.

Dashboard List

The list of dashboards can be filtered using the blank row below the column headings. You can filter by Dashboard Name, date of Last Update, and Created By staff. Select a dashboard from the list to access the tiles that have been created.

The Boards button above the Dashboard List will display your firm's list of dashboards. Click the Refresh button to refresh the list of dashboards at your convenience.

Right-Click Menu

The right-click menu displays additional options while viewing the Dashboard List.

  • Copy – Copy the selected cell information. For example, if your mouse is hovered over the Last Update cell for the Custom Dashboards for Provider, only the date and time will display when pasted elsewhere.

  • Copy with Headers – Copy the selected cell information with the column heading of that row.

  • Paste – Paste the copied text to the desired location, such as in Filter row.

  • Tool Panel – Shows the tool panel to the right of the Dashboard List. Deselect a check box to hide the column from the Dashboard List.

  • Export – Export the full Dashboard List, including column headings, into a CSV or Excel file format.
