This article describes the Party Tab activity within a Case.
NOTE: You must have Enabled permissions for Case > Party Tab to filter and view activities. To access the Edit button, you must also have Modify permissions.
The Activity Feed keeps a record of changes made on the Party Tab. The Timeline view shows a condensed listing of changes.
Additional information can be accessed from the Grid view.
The expanded grid or pop-up shows changes that have been made to the following Party Tab fields:
Full Name
Role
Our Client
Deceased
Party User Defined Fields
Select an activity to display full details of the action. Depending upon the Action Type and the fields that were updated, a pop-up with different options will display.
Click the View button to display a preview pane of the Party. Click the X to close the preview pane.
Click the Edit button to display the detail view of the Party item. The detail view will also display when the View Party button on the preview pane is clicked.
